2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Go2Clean through the service voucher system, including cleaning, ironing, groceries and meal preparation.

3. Services

Go2Clean offers household help through the service voucher system, authorised by the Flemish government. The services are carried out by our trained employees (cleaning couples).

4. Payment

Payment is made exclusively via service vouchers (paper or electronic). The rate is 1 service voucher per hour worked, in accordance with the government-set price.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation or absence without notice may result in a fee being charged.

6. Liability

Go2Clean is insured for damage caused by its employees during the execution of services. Any damage must be reported immediately.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted in writing by email to info@go2clean.be. We aim to handle every complaint within 5 working days.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Leuven.
